Smart AV Distribution understand running a business can be stressful and time consuming which is why we have made returning an unwanted or faulty item as simple as possible.
Smart AV Distribution wont keep you waiting weeks for a credit or replacement, With over 95% of returned / unwanted goods being credited within 24 hours.
If the returned product is a stocked line, has not been installed, the packaging is unopened, not damaged and we are notified the item is not required within 14 days of invoice date we will credit the item once received (Discretionary restocking fee / handling charge may be applied)
If it has been opened or installed, please discuss with a member of our sales team as we may be able to credit the item however there will be a heavier restocking / handing charge as the product has become 'Graded' and the product can no longer be sold as new.

Non stocked products (marked NCNR) are ordered in on your behalf and are non cancellable and non returnable or may be subject to a larger restocking fee. Please make sure the item is required before placing order.
DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM
Smart AV Distribution work hard and follow key processes to make sure all of our customers receive the products they have ordered, fast and in great condition. We are pride ourselves on our service, however mistakes can happen.
In the event you receive an item incorrectly or damaged we will resolve the problem as soon as possible and usually the same day / next working day.
Item will not be credited until the manafacturer has tested and confirmed the item as faulty. We will then offer an exchange or credit.
